3eggs
`3 scotch bonnet pepper
1/2onion bulb
1knorr cube
1 teaspooncurry
1small finger carrot chopped
1 tablespoonvegetable oil
3 tablespoonbutter

Break egg and whisk then,add knorr cube.

Wash pepper,onions slice them and add to the beaten egg, add curry and carrot and stir.

Put vegetable oil on fire then pour the egg after 2min, flip the other side for 2min too, slice bread into two half rub butter.

Divide egg into portion and place inside the bread.
