Heat the cooking fat till it burns

Fry the chopped onions till golden brown.

Add the carrots and tomatoes to the cooked onions

Stir the mixture till it cooks then... you add the cumin and mix together.

Add your rice in the cooking mixture,and stir then add two cups of water.

Leave it to boil for 25 minutes then serve them when warm.
