  • 6large carrots, grated
  • 1 tinbaked beans
  • 1/4cooking oil
  • 1 tbshot spice
  • 2finely chopped chillies
  • 1large onion
  • to tastesprinkle with parsley

    Fry onion with your hot spice together with the chopped chilies

    Add you grated carrots

  3. 3

    Stir till cooked. After cooked let it cool

    Then add baked beans and sprinkle with parsley
