Ingredients

  • 10Irish potatoes
  • egg
  • 3fresh pepper (chopped)
  • 1cumcumb (diced)
  • 1 sachetgino curry
  • 1onion bulb (chopped)
  • 2 cubemaggi
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 cupvegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel back of irish potatoes wash and shread. sprinkle salt and fry until brown

  2. 2

    Get a pan place on heat, add two table spoon of vegetable oil, add onion, break egg and whrisk

  3. 3

    Add Maggie, curry, salt, cucumbers. stir and pour in the pan

  4. 4

    Stir after 2 minutes, sauce is ready
