  1. 6large carrots, grated
  2. 1 tinbaked beans
  3. 1/4cooking oil
  4. 1 tbshot spice
  5. 2finely chopped chillies
  6. 1large onion
  7. to tastesprinkle with parsley

    Fry onion with your hot spice together with the chopped chilies

    Add you grated carrots

  3. 3

    Stir till cooked. After cooked let it cool

    Then add baked beans and sprinkle with parsley
