Boiled the potatoes,after boiled peel the potatoes.cut into 2 parts.

Add metthi daana,dry red chilli, mustard seeds and fennel seeds in a pan and dry roast.

Now grind roasted masala as a fine powder.

Heat mustard oil in a pan add onion seeds and cumin,when crackle seeds add turmeric,red chilli powder,salt and potatoes mix well.

Now add achari masala in potatoes and mix well.

Cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.and add vinegar mix well.

Garnish with green coriander leaves.

Serve hot with roti/paratha/naan...
