Sightly boil the carrot,,,and peas for 5mins,,,put aside then boil the rice when its ready mix with your carrots and peace.

Fry your fillet using oil,tomatoes, onions green paper and parsely

Cook your beans,,,,separately

Serve while hot with avocado as your fruit
