I visited my grandma and she gave me arrow roots to take back home. I decided to prepare them as she does and served for breakfast with tea.

Steps

Put your arrow roots in a sufuria and fill water to cover them. Put the water to boil and cover with a lid that allows steam outlet.

You will know the arrow roots are cooked if a knife can pierce through after they have boiled for atlist 30 minutes
- 3
Allow to cool a bit, peel and enjoy with a cup of hot tea.
