Place onions in a sufuria containing beef and add cooking oil

Add tomatoes and cover for 3minutes and then crash as you stir.

Add royco mixed in 1cup water. add salt and cover for 5-10minutes.

For potatoes, place onions and cooking oil in a sufuria. after a minute add tomatoes (3) and cover for 3minutes as they soften

Crash tomatoes and add potatoes. Add 1⅓cups of water.

Add salt and cover until the potatoes cook then turn off heat.

Add kales and salt as you stir. add ½cup water then cover until kales cook then serve.
