Steps

Boil water and add the rice.boil for 10-12mins.

Bring down and wash.boil water again and add the rice.let the water not cover the rice.

Add salt and allow it to boil till is dry.and the rice is soft.

Boil fish with salt,Maggi,onion and thyme.

Remove the fish,add more water to the stock.then boil it very well.

Add the flour boil for 3mins and add Maggi,Salt,curry and pepper to taste.set aside.

Heat up 2 teaspoon of groundnut oil then add the green pepper,green peas and carrots.bring down immediately.

Pour the fried vegetables to the flour sauce boil for 1min and bring down.

Fry the fish.serve with rice and sauce.bon appetite
