3.5-4lbs. pork back ribs
Salt, pepper, garlic rub
BBQ sauce

Heat grill to med-high approx 450 degrees.

Put salt rub on ribs and lay meat side down in heavy foil. Wrap tightly. Put on grill for 45 mi
3

Remove from foil -meat will be crispy on top but moist inside. Pour light layer of BBQ sauce on meat side. Cut and Eat!
