2leeks
1 tspdryed mixed herbs
1 clovegarlic
3 pintsmix of beef and chicken stock
2 dashwocester sauce
1 pinchblack pepper

add a little oil to pan and heat .finely chop onions into rings same with the leeks

add onions leeks and garlic and cook slowly until soft and translucent .add in mixed herbs and pepper

add worcester sauce and stock .

simmer for at least 40 mins for fuller flavour.
