  • 3/4 packagesImitation Crab Meat
  • 3Limes
  • 1Lemon
  • 1 smallOnion
  • 1Jalapeno - seeded
  • 1Tomato
  • 1 smallBunch Cilantro
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1 dashBlack Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Squeeze juice from limes and lemon into mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Add shrimp and crab, toss.

  3. 3

    Dice up your onion, tomato, jalapeno and cilantro.

  4. 4

    Mix together. Add salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Enjoy with tortilla chips. Always good the next day!
