Cut both apples into matchstick sized strips and place on a large bowl. Add slaw mix to the bowl. Toss well.

In a small bowl combine yogurt, honey and splenda until mixed well. Pour into the large bowl and stir until mix is thoroughly coated.

Chill slaw for at least 30 minutes. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
