Ingredients

  • 1 lbchicken breast
  • 2 packagesinstant white rice
  • 2 cupbroccolli
  • 1 1/2 cupgrated cheese
  • 1 cancream of ckn
  • 1 cancream of mshroom
  • 1/2 cupsr cream
  • 1 tbspcurry powder
  • 1 dashpepper

Steps

  1. 1

    season ckn with pepper to taste

  2. 2

    bake chicken covered on 400 for 45 min

  3. 3

    cook broccolli until tender

  4. 4

    follow directions give on box to prepare white rice

  5. 5

    mix cream of ckn, mushroom and curry powder in bowl

  6. 6

    cube or shred cooked ckn

  7. 7

    add the cooked ckn, rice and broccoli into sauce mixture, mix well

  8. 8

    empty contents into cassarole dish and heat in over for ten to fifteen min

  9. 9

    remove from over cover with cheese and place in oven for 5 min

  10. 10

    remove from oven and enjoy

Didn't have curry so I used the same amount of chili powder. Came out great. I'm making this one again.
