Ingredients

  • 1 kgbeef stew
  • 1potato, chopped
  • 2carrots, chopped
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1tomato, grated
  • 1 teaspoonbarbecue spice
  • 1 cubechilli beef stock
  • 200 grgreen beans
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil meat with salt until cooked

  2. 2

    Drain excess water and fry

  3. 3

    Add garlic,barbecue spice and onions and fry until golden brown

  4. 4

    Add all veggies and fry then add grated tomato and stock cube and the water previously drained from the meat

  5. 5

    Simmer for 15 -20 minutes
