Rice & beetroot paratha
Steps

In a bowl add flour, salt (as per taste). Add water to knead dough. Dough should be like roti dough. Drizzle some ghee/oil. Knead it again. Keep it aside.

Mix all ingredients in rice.

Take small portion of dough. Roll it like a ball. Roll out like chappati. Fill rice stuffing. Fold one side.

Then fold another side for making cone shape

Now fold open edges. And press with your palm. Flatten out very softly.

Heat griddle. Place parantha on it. Flame should be slow to medium. Flip it.

Drizzle some ghee. Cook it until golden, & crispy. Remove it from griddle.

Serve hot with curd fry or plain curd.
