2fish fillets of choice
2aluminum foil
1parsley, to taste
1dill, to taste
1Thyme, to taste
1salt and pepper, to taste
2tomatoes
2lemons

preheat oven to 400°F

place each filet on its own square of foil. sprinkle with herbs, cover with finley sliced tomatoes & lemons.

close foil tight, leaving some air inside, and scrunch ends. cook at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.
