Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupshredded carrots
  2. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  3. 6 tbspbutter
  4. 4 mediumyellow squash or zuc.
  5. 2 1/4 cupseasoned croutons
  6. 1 cancream of chicken soup
  7. 1/2 cupsour cream

Steps

  1. 1

    steam or saute yellow squash or zucchini till tender

  2. 2

    saute onion and carrots until tender in butter

  3. 3

    mix all ingredients together and pour in a buttered dish and bake at 350 for 40 minutes

I've made this before and used cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken and Ritz crackers instead of croutons
