Steps

Mix sugar and water in a pan. Boil and keep aside.

Heat ghee in wok.

Add the flour and roast till the flour become brownish. Keep stirring frequently. (The flour is done roasting when it emanates a strong aroma which can be smelled from far)

Sprinkle in the coconut powder and almonds,cashews and incorporate them well into the mixture.

Now add the water sugar solution into the wok slowly, stirring continuously. (Make sure there are no lumps)

Cook for a few minutes while stirring continuously till the halwa leaves the sides of the wok.

Garnish with chopped nuts and serve.Atta Halwa is Ready to eat.
