Ingredients

  1. 1 bagbaby carrots
  2. 2 tbsphorseradish
  3. 2 tbspgrated onion
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 3/4 tsppepper
  6. 1/2 tspmayo
  7. 2 tbspmelted butter
  8. 1/4 cupbread crumbs
  9. 2 tbspparmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    boil carrots in water till tender

  2. 2

    drain carrots reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid in a bowl

  3. 3

    add horseradish, onion, salt, pepper, mayo,and butter to the cooking liquid and mix

  4. 4

    toss carrots with mixture

  5. 5

    put carrots in a greased baking dish

  6. 6

    sprinkle with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese

  7. 7

    bake at 375 for 20 minutes
