Very healthy dish. I served with strawberries, raspberries and bananas on the side to keep the whole dish low in fat. o-)

Very healthy dish. I served with strawberries, raspberries and bananas on the side to keep the whole dish low in fat. o-)

Chop up fresh basil and green onion. Slice mushrooms.

Coat frying pan with olive oil over medium heat
- 3
Add fresh basil, onion, and mushrooms to the pan. Heat until mushrooms look half way cooked.

Add crab meat to the pan. Continue to sautee for about 4 to 5 min. (Or until u feel the crab is heated thru)

Add eggs and dash of salt and pepper to taste. Scramble ingredients until eggs are cooked. Add cheese if you'd like.
