  • 4eggs
  • dashsalt
  • dashground black pepper
  • dashwarm water
  • dashmilk
  • dashhot sauce
  • 1cooking spray
  • 1/2 tbspbutter

    In a bowl whisk all ingredients together.

  2. 2

    Spray cooking spray in a 10 inch saute pan. Add a 1/2 tabelspoon of butter and let melt over a medium low setting.

  3. 3

    Pour egg mixture in pan and stir with a rubber spatula until desired doneness.
