Ingredients

  1. 1 can18 oz. Tomato Paste
  2. 1 can12 oz. Tomto Paste
  3. 1 cupChopped Celery
  4. 2 lbLean Rump Roast
  5. 1/4 cupAlphabet Noodles
  6. 1 cupElbow Noodles
  7. 1 cupQuick Barley
  8. 2 mediumBeef Soup Bones with marrow

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut meat into 1/2 inch cubes, removing any fat

  2. 2

    Chop Celery

  3. 3

    Add 16 Cups of water to Soup Pot

  4. 4

    Bring water to a slow simmer , adding meat , celery and soup bones

  5. 5

    Allow to slow simmer for 2-3 hours

  6. 6

    Cook Noodles and Barley separately, drain , rinse and add to soup
