Put the flour into a bowl, add sugar and blueband.

Mix very well and add water, then start to knead while adding water.

Knead to form a soft dough then allow to rest for about 15 minutes.

Roll in a flat surface and then cut into desired sizes. Heat oil in apan for frying.

Then start frying the mandazis both sides until golden brown in both sides.

Remove from heat then dry in a paper towel. Then serve later after 15 minutes
