1 box3.4oz. Jello instant pudding mix (any flavor)
1 cupMilk
1/4 cupPowdered sugar
1 tub(8oz.) cool whip, whipped topping thawed

Beat pudding mix, milk, and powdered sugar in a large bowl and mix with wire wisk for 2 min. Then stir in cool whip.

Spread onto cake or cupcakes immediately or store in refrigerator up to 24 hours before using if desired.

I love this icing. The only thing I don't like is it will melt easy.
