In a pan heat oil put jeera, pinch of hing, haldi powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, add this masala & mix.

Then add chopped tomatoes and cook nicely till oil is seperated from masala then add buttermilk or curd...if you have buttermilk then don't add water but if you are adding curd add 1/2 cup of water in it.

Slow the flame and give one boil to it then on other side roast or fry papad and cut the pieces and put in gravy and cook for 2 to 3 min and garnish it with green coriander leaves.
