Ingredients

3 servings
  1. Cooked fettuccine
  2. {marinade}
  3. stripsBeef
  4. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  5. 2 tspsteak powder (marinade of your choice)
  6. 1 tspWorcestershire sauce
  7. 1 tbspdried mixed herbs
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 2 tspcourse black pepper
  10. 1 pinchnutmeg powder
  11. 1 tsppaprika
  12. 1 pinchcayenne pepper
  13. 1 tspcooking oil
  14. [To Cook]
  15. cherry tomatoes
  16. 1bell pepper (any color of your choice)
  17. 1large onion
  18. 4 clovesgarlic (minced)
  19. 1 canbutton mushrooms
  20. 1 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  21. 1/2 cupstock (beef/vegetable/mushroom)
  22. 1 tbspchicken powder
  23. 1.5 tspsoy sauce
  24. 1/2beef cube
  25. 2 tspcorn flour
  26. water
  27. 1/2 cuplight sour cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinade beef strips for at least 20 minutes. Air-fry beef strips separately. Alternatively, before proceeding to step 2, cook the beef strips in pan until they are slightly brown and remove.

    Heat up pan, add a little oil and cook onion and garlic until onion is soft

  3. 3

    Add bell pepper, cook for a minute. Add button mushrooms, cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally

  4. 4

    Stir in balsamic vinegar or sherry, water/stock, crushed beef cubes, chicken powder, salt, pepper, light sour cream, soy sauce/oyster sauce (your food, your choice)

  5. 5

    Return beef to the mix. Add in cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Mix corn flour with water to form slurry and add it to the mixture and stir slowly. Bring to boil.

  6. 6

    Serve with cooked fettuccine.
