cut peppers into thick rings throw away seeds and stems

preheat deep fryer to 375

mix all dry ingrediants in a large bowl and add water gradually stiring until a batter is formed

dip pepper rings in batter and shake excess off

add to fryer one at a time so that they don't stick to each other and fry till golden brown and crispy

drain on paper towels and serve

open a cold beer and enjoy
