1 boxBox devils food cake mix
3Eggs
1/2 cupOil
1 cupButtermilk
3/4 cupSour cream
1 1/2 tspVanilla extract
1/2 tspCinnamon (optional)
Peanutbutter chocolate ganache
2/3 cupChocolate chips
1/3 cupSmooth peanutbutter
Peanutbutter buttercream
3/4 cupButter (softened)
1/2 cupPeanutbutter smooth
3/4 cupPowdered sugar
1 tspVanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350° F and line cupcake pans with cupcake liners (24 cupcakes)

In a small bowl, sift cake mix & set aside.

In a large bowl, gently whisk eggs, oil, buttermilk, sour cream, & vanilla extract

Add cake mix & cinnamon to wet ingredients and stir

Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full, & bake for 15 ta 20 minutes, or until an inserted knife comes out clean.

For ganache, melt chocolate & peanutbutter together until smooth. Use double boiler or microwave (keep a close eye on it!)

Dip the tops of the cooled cupcakes into the ganache & let set at least 10 minutes.

For buttercream: beat butter & peanutbutter add powdered sugar a little at a time until desired consistency. Add vanilla. If it's too thick, add a tablespoon milk.

Pipe buttercream onto ganache covered cupcakes & roll in reeses puffs cereal (I crush the cereal first)
