1/2 cupbread crumbs of your choice
1/4 cupgrated parmasean cheese
1granulated garlic to taste
1/4 tsppaprika
1 tspdried Italian parsley crushed
1/2 tspdried oregano crushed

put all ingredients into large sealable bag. Toss each piece of chicken in crumbs to coat well. put on foil lined baking sheet with sides. Bake at 375° for 40-45 mins.

I served this with garlic mashed potatos and lots of fresh peas. Yummy!!

I tried this recipe... (forgot the parm cheese) but it came out so great! Thanks for sharing ... one question though, the garlic doesn't have a measurement? I used one teaspoon since I doubled the recipe ...but was curious if you could add that!
