3 servings

Cut cucumber(round slices)
Grated carrots (1)
Sliced tomatoes(round slices)
1Onion(round slices)
1green pepper (Round slices or sliced as above photo)
1yellow and red pepper(Round slices or sliced like the above sliced green peppers (optional))
1 teaspoonsalt
6 tablespoonsvinegar

Mix all the above ingredients Together on a big bowl.

Add the salt and vinegar and pour over the above vegetable mixture.

Serve the mixture on a beautiful bowl like the one in the side pic.
