It's 30 years now and can still remember. Every evening I would feed the pigs with my younger brother. This would help our parents pay school fees for us. The good thing about it, when the pigs were slaughterd we would get a wonderful meal. Ugali with pork.

  • 1/2 kgpork
  • fresh farm corrioder (ndania)
  • Onions chopped on circular
  • Tomatoes
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

    Let the pork cook covered

  2. 2

    Seive the excess fat

  3. 3

    Add your onions. Let it cool for 30 min as you turn.

  4. 4

    If u get non stick pan it's the best.

  5. 5

    Add the tomatoes. Turn untill it fully cooks.

  6. 6

    Add ndani and turn once.

  7. 7

    Best served with ugali.
