Chop all vegetables

Boil carrot, cabbage, green peas and beans.

In pan pour oil saute big onion, then add chopped curry leaves and add the boiled vegetables and add salt.

Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, food color and salt.

Mix with diluted besan flour and make balls. Dip the balls in maida water n deep fry.
