Make this with lemonade for the kids and Prosecco for the grown ups. Everybody wins!!

Ingredients

  1. 350 g (1 pint)ripe strawberries, hulled and quartered
  2. 2 tbspicing sugar / confectioners sugar
  3. 360 ml (1.5 cups)Prosecco or lemonade
  4. 2 cupsice, around 16 cubes is plenty

Cooking Instructions

    Put the strawberries, sugar and lemonade / Prosecco in a blender and puree smooth

  2. 2

    Add the ice in and blitz again until it form a slushie consistency

  3. 3

    If you want to impress your friends, use half strawberries and half peaches, puree each separately then layer the slush to serve

  4. 4

    You can use any soft fruit you fancy to make these slushies - mango, watermelon, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi, pear etc. Just adjust the sugar to taste
