Peel, wash and slice the potatoes into medium sized chips

Bring the oil to boil in a sufuria and cook the chips until golden

Place the cooked chips in a frying pan and turn on low heat

Crack and beat the eggs separately

Add the eggs to the chips, allow it all to cook on one side until it is compact. Turn only once.

Serve it hot 🔥. Enjoy (Serves 2)
