Wash and cut the slice of mushrooms. Take a bowl and add salt, black paper, lemon juice, ginger, garlic paste and veg oil. Add mushrooms and mix well in marination. keep it for 10 minutes.

Heat the butter in a pan and add the mushrooms and 1/4 cup of water, cover and cook for 5 to 8 minutes on medium hot heat. Now add the malai and stir for 2 minute more add coriander leaves and switch off the gas. Serve with roti,paratha.

Do not over cook the mushrooms.
