  • 4 slicecheese(american or swiss or what you like)cut in half
  • 4eggs(lightly beaten)
  • 2/3 cupmilk
  • 4 tbspbutter
  • 1powdered sugar
  • 1syrup(optional)
  • 4 sliceham
  • 8 sliceof sandwich bread toasted(use what you like)

  1. 1

    put eggs and milk in bowl beat well pour into a bigger bowl or pie pan.dip bread both sides into the mixture

  2. 2

    place 1 slice ham 2 slices cheese between 2 slices of bread

  3. 3

    melt butter in skillet over medium heat until sizzling then place sandwich in skillet

  4. 4

    cook turning once until bread is lightly brown about 4-8 minutes remove from pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar.cover with syrup or not your choice
