1/2 cuplight soy sauce
1 tbspred wine vinegar or any vinegar
500 gramsfrozen edamame bean
paste
1 tbspfresh garlic paste
1 tbspfresh ginger paste
1 tbspfresh coriander paste

Pound garlic, ginger and coriander to paste

Bring water to a boil then blanch frozen edamame in boiled water for 3 minute and drain, MIX well sauce and toss with edamame and serve
