Ingredients

  • 1 cupButter or Margarine, softened
  • 2 cupLight Brown Sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 largeEggs
  • 2 tspPure Vanilla Extract, or
  • 1 tspAlmond Extract
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 2 cupAll-purpose Flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre-heat oven at 350°

  2. 2

    Spray a 9+13 baking dish with cooking spray w/flour added to it

  3. 3

    Mix butter and sugar, best until smooth

  4. 4

    Beat in eggs one at a time

  5. 5

    Add vanilla or almond extract

  6. 6

    Add salt

  7. 7

    Stir in flour

  8. 8

    Pour into baking dish

  9. 9

    Bake @ 350° for 20-25 minutes

  10. 10
