Make one cut down the middle of one end of the hot dog; this will split to be the legs. At the opposite end make two small cuts on each side of the top of the hot dog. These will separate from the middle of the dog to create arms. Bring a saucepan of water to a boil, and add the hot dogs, cooking normally until the cuts open up. Use your favorite condiment, mustard or ketchup to make faces and clothes for your hot dog men. Enjoy!
