Halfbowl Coriander leaves
1chopped green chili
Halfbowl bhujiya

Poha ko wash kar ke 2 min ke soak karo.

Poha ko press kar ke water nekal do.

Ab bowl me potato, onion, green chili, coriander leaves, Bhujiya, salt, red chili powder, garammassla and poha daal kar mix kar lo.

Ab apna man pasand shape me bana lo.

Ab non stick pan ko garamkar ke oil daal kar cutlet ko dono side Ache se light brown hone tak cook kar lo.

Healthy and yummy poha cutlet is ready to serve with ketchup.......
