As kids loves to eat when something regular presented in a diffrent way so khaman dhokla and chutney is served like a swiss roll

Take a vessel take gramflour in it

Mix semolina in gramflour add salt sugar turmeic powder in it and mix

Add curd in this mixture and mix well

Add water and make a batter of pouring consistency leave it for 10minuts

After 10minuts add eno in it and mix well

Heat steamer for making dhokla grease the dhokla plate with little oil

Pour little amount of prepared batter and spread it in a not so thin or thick layer

Steam it for 4-5minuts as layer is not so thick it dont take much more time Than that

When it is done let it cols down completly than remove dhokla from the plate

Spread chutney or sauce whatever you want and fold it

Cut in to pieces heat oil in a tadka pan add mustard seeds
- 12
When mustard seeds crackle add green chillies curry leaves switch off the flame and pour tadka over dhokla rolls and serve
