Soak Rajma overnight.

In a cooker pressure cook the Rajma till 4-5 whistles

Off the gas n check Rajma r tenderly cooked.

In another Vessel heat oil.Add all the spices n tomatoes n saute for few minutes.

Stir well.Cover the vessel with a lid.

Check the tomatoes r cooked properly.

Tomatoes should be well cooked n thick gravy like consistency should be formed.

Now add the boiled Rajma n mix well.Add salt n mix well.

Cook for 5- 7 minutes till thick gravy is formed.

Lastly add a dollop of butter.Butter enhances the tastes of Rajma n rich gravy will be formed.

Butter is also good for kids.

Serve Piping hot Rajma with Steamed Rice.
