Ingredients

4-6 servings
  1. 1 canchickpeas (drained)
  2. 1 canbaked beans
  3. 1/4 cupwater
  4. 1/2 cancoconut milk
  5. 1 tbspminced garlic
  6. 1diced onion
  7. to tasteSalt and pepper
  8. 1/2 tspeach of turmeric, mustard seeds and biryani masala
  9. Cashew nuts (optional) to garnish
  10. 1heaped tbsp tomato puree

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute onion with a little bit of olive oil

  2. 2

    Add everything else and simmer for about 20mins

  3. 3

    Serve with basmati rice and garnish with cashews

  4. 4
