Ingredients

4-6 servings
  • 1 canchickpeas (drained)
  • 1 canbaked beans
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1/2 cancoconut milk
  • 1 tbspminced garlic
  • 1diced onion
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • 1/2 tspeach of turmeric, mustard seeds and biryani masala
  • Cashew nuts (optional) to garnish
  • 1heaped tbsp tomato puree

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute onion with a little bit of olive oil

  2. 2

    Add everything else and simmer for about 20mins

  3. 3

    Serve with basmati rice and garnish with cashews

  4. 4

    Enjoy!
