Heat oil,in a wok or karahi,fry onion,garlic,ginger and curry leaves,until onion is soft.Add curry, chilli,five - spice,turmeric and salt.

Add the meat and stir well, brown well from all sides, keep stirring until oil separates, cover pan cook for 20 more minutes.

Add coconut milk and just simmer covered until meat is tender and well cooked about 30 to 45 minutes..Uncover pan to reduce the excess liquid.
