  • 2 lbSausage
  • 3Ribs of celery
  • 2 largecarrots
  • 2 mediumonions
  • 3Sweet potatoes peeled
  • 3White potatoes peeled
  • 2 boxChicken broth or stock
  • 1 canPineapple chunks

Steps

  1. 1

    Form sausage into small balls and fry

  2. 2

    remove sausage and set aside

  3. 3

    roughly chop all the vegetables

  4. 4

    sweat all of the vegetables in the sausage grease

  5. 5

    in a large pan add all of the vegetables and chicken stock together when its boiling add the pineapple and sausage heat until everything is combined and hot

  6. 6

    salt and pepper to your taste
