Boil milk in Kadhai until thickens 1/4. Add half cup sugar & 2 tsp ruhafza boil for 5 minutes. Add half of rose petals. Remove from gas.

Mash fresh paneer. Transfer it into Mixie jar. Add Rava, rose petals, 1 tsp rose sharbat. 1 tsp sugar. Grind well for 2-3 times.

Transfer into dish. Knead a soft dough by pressing your palms. Make small balls.

Take one patila. Boil 1 cup water. Add half cup sugar. Give it one boil. Add Chenna balls one by one. Boil it for 10 minutes on slow to medium flame. It will arise in size.

Add 1 tsp rose syrup. Transfer into bowl. You can serve it like Rasgulla or

In another serving bowl place these Chenna balls without sugar syrup. Add chilled rose milk sauce. Garnish with rose petals & dry fruits.
