Ingredients

  1. Egg boiled
  2. Potato
  3. Onion
  4. Garlic
  5. Jeera powder
  6. Salt
  7. Cornflower
  8. Maida
  9. Mutton keema(optional)
  10. Oil to deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil eggs & slice half

  2. 2

    Boil potato & smash

  3. 3

    Fry onion gatlic & add them with potato.. add salt jeera powder

  4. 4

    With half sliced egg fill other side with potato mix & make it oval shaped

  5. 5

    Make a batter with egg, cornflower & maida add salt

  6. 6

    Dip the egg into the batter & dip into bread crumbs

  7. 7

    Deep fry into oil

  8. 8

    Egg devil is ready
